Ensemble is a real estate investment & brokerage company.
The project at hand was a merger of two companies.
My contributions:
Creative Direction, UX, UI, Overseeing Content Creation & Development
Opportunity.
Ensemble had two divisions that acted as different companies, & each had their needs & wants. As we combed through their analytics and user research we found some interesting facts. Users were interested in the team, their services, though they had dedicated pages, were getting lost, and users were interacting a lot with their property map.
Solutions.
Upfront users were able to identify what specialty they wanted to learn more about, view listings & learn more about the company as a whole. Within the company overview page, users were able to learn more about the company's history through a timeline, access the expertise pages and were led to the team page.
On the Expertise pages, we incorporated the services that were being lost as their own pages. Users are now able to read an overview of the expertise & dive deeper into services, easily.
Knowing that there were going to be two different user cases, we created maps to fit the needs for each group. For the users using the site to find new property, we grabbed the Ensemble's listings through an API our dev team created, and to make it a unique experience we used the data that pointed to most of the users searching in the Phoenix area. For the investors that were researching Ensemble, we created a portfolio map that showcased their reach across the US.
Giving their contact page a human touch, we created the connect page. On this page, the user could find all their contact info as well as their social feed. This feed has helped grow their social presence.
